Managing Director, Brian Jones, established Jones Brothers Loft Conversions in 1998. After a successful stint in carpentry, Brian spotted a gap in the market and decided to go into building loft conversions.
Since then Brian has developed a thriving family-run business transforming customer’s loft spaces across Surrey and South West London. Amongst his team of skilled, hard-working professionals are his daughter Faye, who works for the office and his youngest son Max, who is one of the carpenters.
Meet the Team
With over 35 years of experience building lofts and a passion for unique home renovations, Brian lives and breathes property development.
Originally from Surrey, he now lives in Bournemouth with his family and commutes to work. In his early 20’s he had a successful hobby racing Hot Rods, so he doesn’t mind the long drives too much and believes that living by the coast is worth it.
Site Manager & Site surveyor
Paul has been working for Jones Brothers since 2014 and has been in the building trade for 8 years. You are likely to see Paul on site regularly ensuring the jobs are running smoothly and liaising with customers regarding the progression of the job.
In his spare time Paul enjoys taking his two small children out for days out, spending time with his family and renovating his house.
Faye is Brian’s daughter and has been working for Jones Brothers for a few months now. She’s got lots of personal experience in the build process from start to finish, after her father was unable to resist putting a loft into the family home.
She loved her previous career as a Business Developer and kitchen designer for Howdens Joinery, building invaluable experience in customer care, but left in 2017 after having her son, Ollie. Faye works remotely from her home in Bournemouth and is very passionate when it comes to the growth and integrity of Jones Brothers Loft Conversions.
24 years ago Margaret and her family had a loft conversion carried out by Jones Brothers. Being experienced in admin she started working for the company, on a part time basis, two years later 22 years ago!
The company grew and in 1999 took on permanent premises in Ewell Village and Margaret’s job became full time. Apart from undertaking all admin, Margaret also enjoys visiting potential new clients who are considering a loft conversion on their property.
Margaret’s passion is horse riding and owned her own horse for many years.
Nowadays, having become a Grandma in March 2018, she enjoys spending as much time as she can with her Grandson.
Max is Brian’s son and has worked for Jones Brothers since leaving school. He’s worked closely alongside his Dad over the years, learning important carpentry skills with hopes of running the company one day.
Cars feature heavily in Max’s life, something he gets from Brian, and he also enjoys playing football with his friends in his spare time.
